We specialize in long distance moves and also provide international moves, local moving services and short/long term storage services for both residential and commercial clients.

We specialize in transportation of personal effects, household goods. We also transport used or new office and restaurant equipment, commercial goods, and antiques.

Local Moves

A local move is a move that takes place within a 100 kilometers radius and stays within the province of origin. The cost for local moves is based on the number of movers, the time it takes to move your belongings and the drive time between your old and new residence. 

Long Distance Moves

A long distance move is a move that is greater than 100 kilometers from the origin and/or the move crosses a state/province line. In a long distance move, the weight of your shipment determines the main portion of the cost of your move. If requested; professional packing services and/or packing materials (boxes, tape, bubble wrap, etc.) and/or storage in transit may also affect the total cost of your move.

For long distance moves our moving service area covers many places across Canada and east and west coasts of the United States of America.

International Moves

An International move is a move that takes place between Canada and an overseas country (not USA). In an international move several factors such as weight, size, packing, pickup place, shipping method of your shipment determines the cost of your move. Office Moves

With our trained and experience movers, we can give special care to your delicate equipment such as; computers and photocopiers, or your mohagany desks. We can provide you with the packing materials for your office staff, or can do the packing services for you.

Destination Problems

If you are unable to find a new residence or you have to leave your current residence at a certain date, we can store your belongings in our warehouse at a reasonable cost until you are ready for your delivery. We do not charge storage fee up to 4 weeks starting from your pickup date. After 4 weeks you will be charged a small amount depending on your shipment's weight. Our warehouse facilities are clean, heated and well lighted.

Moving Pianos

We are also specialized carrying any size of pianos from upright to grand piano. Our trucks equipped with proper tools and air ride suspensions.

Moving Cars

MultiCity Moving Inc. uses pre-approved, dependable third party car carriers to transport your car. You can arrange a car moving company independently or let MultiCity Moving do this arrangements for you. In this case, we will coordinate dates with the car carrier so your vehicle will be delivered within a reasonable time-frame of your household goods

Moving and Packing Services

Of course you cannot move anything unless you pack it up properly. For that we can supply you with ALL the things you need for the do-it-yourself packers among you. We can supply all manner of packing boxes, tapes, labels, wardrobe boxes, bubble wrap and etc. for the DIY Packing chores.  For those of you with less ambition or time, we offer full packing and un-packing services that you can depend on to get the packing done and guarantee your cargo arrives at its destination safely and securely.
